You can choose between three different tours, and you can select the number of tickets that you want to gift. After purchasing the Gift Card, you will receive a unique voucher code, which you can share with the person that you want to surprise. He or she can exchange the code for the selected number of tickets, at the date and time that fits his or her schedule best.

With the Heineken Experience gift card, you can choose between the Heineken® tour, the Heineken® tour + rooftop, the VIP tour or the Rock The City tour. The Gift card is not available for The Perfect Match tour and The Live Your Music tour.

No. A date only needs to be chosen when exchanging the Gift Voucher for actual tickets.

In case the person that you are surprising with a gift card wants to change the date of his or her ticket(s) after exchanging the gift card, he or she can do so via the Rescheduling and refund page on our website or by contacting us at service.experience@globalticket.com.

By filling the code in your gift card, you can pick your preferred date and timeslot, and you will receive your Heineken Experience tickets in your inbox.

The Heineken Experience gift card is valid for 2 years since it was purchased.
