COVID-19 update

In line with the Dutch government’s measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19, the Heineken Experience will close every day at 17:00 (last entry at 15:00) from Sunday, November 28th until further notice. All guests who have already purchased their tickets for a timeslot between 15:15 and 18:45 during that period will be informed by our customer support team and will be refunded the full amount automatically. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our customer support team at service.experience@heineken.com.

Quels sont vos horaires d’ouverture ?

Nous sommes ouverts toute l’année, tout comme la ville d’Amsterdam ! À la différence d’Amsterdam, nous avons besoin de notre sommeil réparateur. Nous serions heureux de recevoir votre visite pendant nos horaires d’ouverture :

- Lundi: 10 h 30 à 17 h (dernière entrée à 15 h)
- Mardi: 10 h 30 à 17 h (dernière entrée à 15 h)
- Mercredi: 10 h 30 à 17 h (dernière entrée à 15 h)
- Jeudi: 10 h 30 à 17 h (dernière entrée à 15 h)
- Vendredi: 10 h 30 à 17 h (dernière entrée à 15 h)
- Samedi: 10 h 30 à 17 h (dernière entrée à 15 h)
- Dimanche: 10 h 30 à 17 h (dernière entrée à 15 h)

Horaires d’ouverture exceptionnels:

- 24/12/2021: 10 h 30 à 17 h (dernière entrée à 14 h 45)

- 31/12/2021: 10 h 30 à 17 h (dernière entrée à 14 h 45)

- 25/12/2021 à 3/01/2022: 10 h 30 à 20 h (dernière entrée à 18 h 15)

- 17/04/2022: 12 h à 18 h 15 (dernière entrée à 16 h)

  • I bought a ticket, but I have not received confirmation. What should I do?

    Have you checked your spam box? Sometimes our emails land there by mistake. Is it a ticket for today? We advise you to go to the Heineken Experience directly and contact our information desk. They will help you. Is it a ticket for another day? Please send an email to service.experience@globalticket.com. We will help you out and you will receive a confirmation by mail. Has your account not been charged? In that case, you have not bought a ticket yet. Please go back to our ticketing page and try again.

  • I bought a ticket for the wrong date. Can I exchange my ticket or get a refund?

    Sadly, we are unable to give any refunds. Not even in case of circumstances beyond your control, such as public transport problems or personal circumstance. Still, we will do our best to help you. If possible, we will try to rebook your ticket to another date. For questions regarding your ticket, please send an email to service.experience@globalticket.com.

  • Do you offer student discount?

    Unfortunately, we do not offer student discount.

  • I have an Amsterdam pass. Where do I book my tickets?

  • Is there a cloakroom in the Heineken Experience?

    Yes, we offer a cloakroom service. You can leave your possessions (coat, bag, backpack, suitcase, umbrella or buggy) with us, free of charge. This way you can enjoy the tour without a care in the world.
